Q: If I am going to place the order, is it necessary for me to provide you with the pouch I want to use and the samples of product I want to pack?

A:

Yes, we need to test our machine before we sell it, using the pouch and product provided by the customer. We will adjust the machine to match the size of pouch, and tackle the issues occurred during the test as possible as we can.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A:

The general delivery time is 30 days after receiving your order confirmation.

Q: What information should be provided to factor when customer choose？

A:

1.Products type, solid products specific sizes

2.Bag sizes and type with pictures

3.Packing weight

4.Packing speed, capacity

5.Special requirements, such as filling Nitrogen, exhausting, zipper close, date printing

6.Power supply voltage, Frequency

7.Factory workshop, Height limited.

8.Powder —— caking condition, damp, solid mix

9.Liquid —— liquid temperature, paste or liquid, liquid volume, if need filing by twice

Q: What kinds of products can the thermoforming machine produce?

A:

It can produce all kinds of disposable plastic cup lid, bowls, plate, boxes, egg tray, food container, etc.

Q: What is the capacity of the thermoforming machine?

A:

The accurate capacity depends on the size and material of the products.

Q: What about the payment terms?

A:

We accept T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% balance should be paid before delivery. We can also accept 100% confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: Do you have different models for each machine?

A:

Yes, we have different models and we can make the machine according to your requirements.

Q: Should the customer send the sample?

A:

Yes, If the customer has no samples, please send a drawing or a photo of the sample, and let us know the size. Then we will send the drawing for your confirmation.
