Powder Elevator

1. Adopting double motors: loading motor and vibration motor, each controlled independently;

2. The material box vibration and amplitude is adjustable, and the material box is designed to be separated, which is easy to be loaded and unloaded;

3. The vibration motor is reinforced;

4. In order to be able to facilitate the cleaning of the residual material, it is designed as follows: the spiral can be reversed and discharged, the material pipe has a gate at the lower end to release the material, and the whole spiral can be easily taken out and so on.

Dust removal device 

is a new type of air generating equipment powered by vortex air pump, the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel with the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, stable performance, easy maintenance and so on.

The machine consists of frame, vortex pump, powder storage barrel, powder storage bag, top cover, pressure rod and so on. When the equipment is running, the vortex air pump is the driving force, the suction port of the air pump is connected to the dust collection interface on the top cover with a hose, so that a vacuum is formed in the powder storage barrel, and the other end of the powder storage barrel is connected to the dust collection interface on the capsule filling machine with a hose, and there is a powder collection filter bag inside the dust collection barrel, which isolates the dust and stores it inside the storage barrel, so as to play a role of vacuuming the dust.
